Penny is one of the regulars, and has a particularly antagonistic relationship with several other regular members of the forum, at least at one of whom regards her as a “horrible little gremlin”.[ch. 13]
In chapter 8, in response to taunting from distilled, another forum member Girl Alex mentions Penny as living in the general area of Nottingham.
In chapter 18, she reveals she has moderator-level privileges over the forum by force-changing another user’s name to Raymond “a sexual being” Noodle.
