Chapter 47: And Just Where Did You Blow in From? is the eleventh and final chapter of the fourth book of the series, and forty-seventh chapter overall.

The chapter contains 41 scenes that take place over Thursday 30 and Friday 31 January, and Saturday 1 February 2020.

The chapter is the second in a row to exceed the minimum standard length for a novel, and was released on Patreon in three separate parts, consisting of the 15 scenes for Thursday 30 January; the 14 scenes for Friday 31 January; and lastly, the 12 scenes for Saturday 1 February 2020.

Plot

Elle throws a French banquet for Valérie, Trevor, and Cally at the bungalow. Valérie dreams of returning home
Cora spies Alistair looking up cis porn (almost certainly Wednesday evening in US)
Cally tries to convince Elle to take a break. They discuss the worrying psycho washout that is Cora, and returning to Dorley
Frankie brings Oliver chocolate cake for his 25th birthday
Christine meets with the 2019 intake again for more voice-lessons and tries to avoid thinking about her panic attack leaving the Hall for the first time
Frankie plays a game of chess with Ollie, thinking Dorley are amateurs
Trevor is told off by Valérie about his not packing his vials of testosterone, prior to driving back to Almsworth
Cora has a sad time watching Alistair’s futile attempts to get off
Lorna and Vicky arrive with the hope of seeing Steph, and Maria explains there are circumstances behind her being in the basement…

Bethany eats pizza and discusses trans life with Lorna and Vicky
Bea greets a problem named Elle, and welcome Valérie back

Steph is rudely pushed aside by a commuter at Liverpool Street, hurting her ankle, and Christine looks after her
Dorothy gets a hate message from Henrietta
Christine, having taken Steph across for a coffee, lets her go to the women’s toilets and nothing bad at all happens, like a shrieking TERF melting down and filming Steph when she emerges
Cora phones Haley to arrange collection of a comatose Smyth-Farrow
